Sarah Isabella DiMuzio is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Portland, Oregon. She heads several music projects including her personal moniker Whim, which has seen songs placed in TV shows including Fox’s New Girl, Food Network’s Valerie’s Home Cooking, MTV’s Catfish and Teen Mom to name a few. Her most recent Whim album Abuzz in the Abyss (released on Portland’s Fluff & Gravy Records) debuted on NPR’s New Music Friday as one of the top 8 albums to listen to upon its release. She also sings and writes for indie pop projects Young Isabella (Guilt, Girlfriend’s Guide to Divorce), Allebasi (Teen Mom 2), and Basiil. DiMuzio has also contributed toplines and writing credits to many other songs including collaborations with Germany-based producer Andrew Applepie, and India-based producer Dropped Out. She has also worked on custom music for film and ad campaigns including feature film The Funeral Guest (2016) and L. L. Bean’s back to school backpack campaign (2020).
